Refunds:
We do not exchange or refund items unless they are damaged in shipping or otherwise defective.
Returns of Damaged or Defective Items:
Customers wishing to return a damaged or defective item must first contact us at returns@pranayogacollege.com (within 30 calendar days of receipt) to obtain a RMA number (return merchandise authorization number). Once the RMA number is received, the items must be returned by Canada Post Regular mail, properly packaged to prevent damage and including a note with the customer's name, the RMA number and a description of the defect or damage.
Upon our receipt and inspection of the returned item we will, at our discretion, issue either a refund for the product & original shipping cost (plus applicable taxes) or, ship a replacement product along with reimbursment for the value of Canada Post Regular mail.
